Ginette Ross
|
|
Ginette Ross is a high-level dedicated professional with over
30 years of experience in the Federal Public Service and more
than 16 years of experience working with senior management
teams in the areas of risk management, control and
accountability frameworks. As former Director, Corporate Risk
Management at Human Resources Skills Development Canada in
2004-2006, she led the implementation of the departmental risk
management framework which included the integration of risk
management in the departmental planning cycle; the development
and updates to the annual corporate risk profile; the
provision of training and support for the practice of risk
management at the branch and project level. Ginette also has
extensive experience in managing and conducting large complex
internal audits with multi-disciplinary teams. For over a
decade, she directed a variety of assurance engagements
audits, reviews and studies. More recently, she has taught a
risk management course at the Canada School of Public Service
and conducted workshops and presentations on Integrated Risk
Management. Ginette has a Masters in Public Administration
(Public Management) from l’École nationale d’administration
publique. She is fluent in both official languages and has
facilitated several bilingual workshops and sessions.

Suzanne Ryan |
|
Suzanne Ryan is a results-oriented
professional with over 30 years of experience in the Federal
Public Service. She have been involved with the management of
change for most of her career, specifically in the areas of
strategic planning, risk management, human resources
management, values and ethics, and electronic administrative
systems. Suzanne’s approach to everything that she does is
based on a belief that collaboration, participation and open
communications are key to successful organizational change
Suzanne has an undergraduate degree in
Business Administration and in 1999, successfully completed a
Masters in Human Systems Interventions at Concordia
University, where she developed her expertise in group process
and group dynamics and the collaborative approach to change
management.
Over the past ten years, Suzanne has
developed her change management and facilitation skills and is
now sought out by managers to provide process consultation and
to facilitate a number of management/employee sessions for a
variety of issues including risk self-assessment, strategic
planning (which includes a component of risk management), team
building, and conflict management. She is fluent in both
official languages and has facilitated many bilingual
sessions.

COURT STEVENS |
|
Court Stevens, of DC Stevens Consulting Group Inc., is based
in Victoria, British Columbia. His consulting practice specializes
in procurement management and leadership training. He has
been directly associated with all facets of procurement management,
as a project director for large Federal Government programs,
and as a consultant and instructor, for over 20 years.
Courts procurement knowledge and experience includes
the planning and development of contract management processes,
preparing requests for proposals (RFPs), preparing proposals
in response to an RFP, negotiating, and monitoring contract
and project performance.
Over 6,000 contract, program and project managers, consultants,
general contractors and business managers from both the private
and public sectors have participated in one or more of Courts
training seminars. Participant/client backgrounds have included
health care, social services, education, construction and
engineering, forestry, financial management and administration,
professional associations and consulting, information technology
and human resources. Court has an extensive background in
both individual and organizational leadership as an officer
in the Canadian Forces, and as a professional development
consultant in the private sector.
