Dr.
Roger Graves is a senior Consultant with Davion Systems Ltd.,
an Ottawa, Ontario based consulting and software company. Davion's
activities include risk management consulting, training and
software development. Dr. Graves specializes in project risk
management and has a broad consulting and training practice
in this area. He is a charter member of the Risk Management
Special Interest Group of the Project Management Institute (PMI),
and was a member of the PMI team that recently developed the
new risk management section of the PMBOK Guide "A Guide to the
Project Management Body of Knowledge." In the mid-90's Dr. Graves
acted as Risk Manager to the Canadian Space Station Program
within the Canadian Space Agency. Davion's RIAS (Risk Information
and Assessment System) software was used to keep the Canadarm-2
project on track, and is currently being used with the next
phase of the Space Station Program. Dr. Graves was one of the
principal developers of RIAS. |
