Terry
Jacobs, Associate Manager with WC, is a former Director of Consulting
at the Department of National Defence (DND) and Audit Manager
at Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) with
over thirty years of experience in consulting and audit with
the federal government working as a business analyst, from the
basic consultant level to the direction of one of the largest
internal consulting operations in government.
Terry
has considerable experience in systems and procedures analysis,
organizational design, performance measurement, comprehensive
audit, systems evaluation, and organizational review services.
He has established a proven track record in the provision
of sound advice and assistance to client organizations in
the description, assessment, design and deployment of business
processes. This advice has ranged from the definition of an
individual client business process to the development of overall
business process models for client organizations at the Ministry
level.
