WC has developed eRiskScorecard training to provide a thorough understanding of risk management concepts as well as the use of the software. Our eRiskScorecard training, based on the manual Risk Scorecard Toolkit training provided to hundreds of public sector officials, will be taught jointly by risk management experts and system trainers.

The training will take you through various steps of the risk management process from identification of risk to the development of management, reporting and communication plans in an automated and web-based environment. Course modules are task based and case studies are developed to strengthen the understanding of using the tool in a real situation.

Online Help & Technical Support

eRiskScorecard features extensive Online Help which can be accessed while using any of the system's three main modules (planning, assessment and reporting) at any time during an assessment or while using the system. The Online Help provides you with step-by-step guidance on using the system as well as assistance with risk management concepts. A risk management glossary is also provided to facilitate common understanding of terms used in the system.
