ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

The Improving Program Delivery course seeks to simplify and cement a common understanding of Gs&Cs program delivery by grouping typical delivery processes into eight functional areas supporting - a "common process" - and then provides training on strategies for achieving key fundamental requirements for efficient and effective G&C programs. The training incorporates tools and techniques that participants will take away with them.

The course leaders have many years experience in the design and implementation of G&C systems. One of our leaders is a business transformation expert that has led enterprise G&C automation efforts for Canadian, US and Australian departments and agencies. Our other leader is the author of the 2003 Risk-Based Audit Frameworks (RBAF) Guide, Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat.
