OBJECTIVES

This course is designed for IT management and senior staff involved in the business transformation and automation of Grants and Contributions (G&C) programs. It is based on a systematic approach for G&C program delivery and draws on better practice tools and techniques from many successful automation projects.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

The half day course begins with an overview of the Common Departmental G&C model, a business driven model for G&C automation that provides insight into how G&C programs are delivered to the public.  It builds on the reference model with additional modules that focus on key underlying design approaches that lead to successful G&C solutions. The course wraps up with an update in the latest trends and technologies in Government G&C management.

The course is led by Eric Alain, a seasoned IT professional with years of experience in designing and delivering departmental scale G&C automated solutions.
