This course is intended for the individuals responsible for managing or overseeing risk in projects. Participants will refine and enhance their capacity to manage risk for a variety of projects and contexts using RIAS (Risk Information and Assessment System) software.

Participants will gain skills and experience with RIAS software, which applies concepts from the project risk management course in a PC-based classroom. Students will receive "hands on" guidance in setting up and using risk information systems, in assessing risks, capturing risk response plans, and in monitoring and controlling the risk aspects of any project.

The course will cover:
