Pre-registration is required and seating is limited.
PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY:
PAYMENTS ARE REQUIRED BEFORE THE COURSE. Refunds
are available only upon receipt of written notification
three weeks prior to the session. After that,
we regret no refunds will be issued. However,
we will accept rescheduling to another date or substitute
delegates. An administration fee, of $50 for
one day course or $100 for two day course, will be
charged for rescheduling with less than three weeks
notice and No-shows. Please note that for RFP,
CMP, and Negotiating Effectively, the administration
fee is $200. Wiltshire Consulting Inc.
reserves the right to cancel the session if deemed
necessary and will, in such event, fully refund the
registration fee.
